Pet-Friendly Cleaning
We know how much you love your pets, and we love them too! Therefore, we offer pet-friendly cleaning services to keep your home clean and safe for your fur-babies. Our cleaning experts use pet-safe cleaning products and always take the time to show them some love and cuddles.
Fully Insured & WSIB Compliant
As a service provider, our employees are fully covered under WSIB and for your added peace-of-mind, we carry a 2M insurance policy. Did you know - that almost all homeowner’s insurance policies do not cover service workers that injure themselves in your home. Make sure you are protected, and ask potential service providers for confirmation of insurance.
Cancellation of Scheduled Cleaning
Once we’ve scheduled your appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel your scheduled appointment, we ask that you inform our office at least 48 business hours before your clean. With 48 hrs notice, you will only be charged 50% of your clean rate. If you cancel the day of your scheduled cleaning, you will be charged your full clean rate. Our cleaning technicians are scheduled in advance, and cancellations affect their livelihood.
Skipping your Scheduled Cleaning
Should you need to skip your regularly scheduled cleaning, a Skip-Fee will be added to your next appointment. The longer we go between cleanings, the more work our team will have to do to restore your home to the appropriate condition.
